You do not want a lot craft provides to make a card like this 😉 … strips of card inventory, glued collectively for dimension and dots , punched or die reduce. Mine have been reduce from white card inventory and coloured with markers.
And naturally a birthday sentiment. This one is from HERO arts stamped with Versafine Black ink.
