It’s fairly one thing to see them strolling with these baskets completely balanced on the pole they heft over their shoulders.

Not solely that – see these “child” stools to the left behind her?  Not kiddie stools.  These are grownup sized stools – and we noticed them in every single place. Folks sitting on the tiniest tables and little brief stools –

I do not know what these are, however they certain look and odor good!

The subsequent night with the pageant nonetheless happening – I made a decision to take a stroll round this little lake that was near our resort – (This was approach earlier than knee-twist day.)

This little crimson bridge went over to a temple that you simply actually cannot see within the bushes – there was an admission charge and I actually did not have time to do it as I used to be making an attempt to go all the best way across the lake and make it again in time for supper….I will have to save lots of that for subsequent time!

Raindrops on Rhodies!

I captured theses lovely blooms yesterday afternoon on my approach residence from the inn.  I am afraid the rain we had via the evening will present that many of the blossoms are actually on the bottom – so this was a quicky to seize them.  SO lovely!

We drove down to fulfill up with Jeff, Ashlyn and Casden for dinner final evening to rejoice Mom’s Day.

I mixed the flowers from Jeff & Ashlyn with those the hubster gave me and so they now sit on the kitchen counter in all o their magnificence – it made me smile this morning once I walked in to make my morning cuppa.

At the moment – Buddy Martha is coming to assist make beds in preparation for the arrival of the Could Quiltvillians tomorrow afternoon.

The knee continues to heal – I can do stairs albeit slowly. (And you already know that gradual is just not the best way I often go!)  however I am getting there.

I even took 45 minutes to stitch up just a few blocks this morning earlier than turning to work stuff.  Self care, you already know?
