I meant to submit this final month however whew…it flew by.  We had firm from out of city, baseball, birthdays (Jane my youngest turned 6!), and now I really feel like a complete years value of actions are crammed into the final two weeks of college.  Two extra weeks after which I can sleep in an additional hour every morning and our meals invoice doubles with the youngsters residence all day!   

This quilt is my Planted sample, made with Overlook-Me-Not materials.  

I made this quilt with 10″ precut squares, however you too can make it with 12 fats quarters.  You’ll use each smidge of cloth when utilizing 10″ squares, and it’s a bit simpler to chop out with fats quarters.

I procrastinated making this one just a little too lengthy and ran out of time to ship it to a quilter, so I quilted this one myself on my machine.  My shoulders hated me for just a few days afterwards!  

The backing is a plaid from the identical material line.  I had quite a lot of questions on which white material I utilized in all of my quilts made with this material line, and it’s this identical Moda Bella Solids Off White 9900-200 I’ve utilized in all of my quilts for years.  I simply noticed it’s on sale this month right here (now it’s out of inventory however examine again!).
