In 2017, the Kosciuszko Bridge, the Nineteen Thirties metal truss bridge connecting Queens and Brooklyn, NY, was demolished; and a brand new cable-stay designed bridge was put as a replacement. Such energy and energy lowered to rubble!

I used to be fascinated, and hung out on website that fall documenting the demolition course of.  (See above.)

The bridge faces the Calvary cemetery, the place a few of the males who labored on its building are laid to relaxation.
