A month in the past I used to be on the Bach Dancing and Dynamite Society for Kenny Garrett’s live performance, “Sounds From The Ancestors“. I began this primary sequence of drawings about 2 minutes into the piece and simply stored going, drawing Garrett in movement to the music.

It’s tremendous necessary to me to know the colours in my palette and have a really feel for what’s the place. You may see within the photograph under why: I sat, by the live performance at this spot by a stained glass window, with my sketchbook web page flooded in pink, mixing coloration and portray by really feel, not understanding what I had truly placed on the web page till after the live performance.
