For her first Los Angeles pop-up present, Jessica Silverman is thrilled to current Clare Rojas’s The Magic of It All, on view for under 4 weeks from July 9 to August 6. This new physique of labor fuses the artist’s magic realist figuration together with her exact abstraction to create compositions which might be without delay witty and elegant. Combining the surreal whimsy of Dorothea Tanning with the geometric vigor of Kazimir Malevich, Rojas explores the curious and precarious great thing about the California coast and its sentient wildlife.
