Supplies Wanted:
- Scorching Glue Gun
- CD
- Milk Jug Cap
- Dry Erase Marker Cap
- Balloon
- One thing pokey (Drill? Pencil?)
Instructions:
1. Drill a gap by the highest of your dry erase marker cap and one other by the middle of your milk jug cap. These holes will enable the air from the balloon to slowly leak out.
2. Scorching glue your milk jug cap over the outlet within the CD. Then, sizzling glue your dry erase marker cap on prime of your milk jug cap. (As a result of the dry erase marker cap is slender, it is simpler to safe the balloon over it.)
